50 Physical Activities Your High-Energy Child Can Do Indoors

50 Physical Activities Your High Energy Child Can Do Indoors
When the weather outside is frightful

     (Like it is right now)

And you’re not so delightful

(Because your child has lots of pent up energy)

There’s really no place to go

(Because you want to save on gas)

Let him go, let him go, let him go.

(Meaning let him or her go do something active)

Here’s what that means without all of the fluff.

When the weather is bad outside and you want your high-energy child to get some exercise, you may want to try one or more of the physical activities listed below.

There. That was much simpler to say. (Though not as fun)

Seriously, though. There are plenty of physical activities that children of various ages can do indoors on a rainy, snowy, or frigid day. The list below is just a handful (a big one) of ideas you might want to try with your little one(s). Some of these activities will work for one person, others may need two or more (which means you might have to get physical). They all will channel your child’s excessive energy into something productive…that being exercise.
