Wouldn’t it be nice if “went” went out the door in your child’s writing?
Not that “went” is such a bad word in and of itself. It’s just one of those few words like “good” and “said” that tend to be overused a lot!
That’s why I decided to make some resource pages with lists of other words for “went” like cruised, gallivanted, and relocated. I thought they could make your child’s (and teen’s) writing a bit more interesting.
The freebie I have for you is one of four lists found in my Other Words for “Went” Resource Pages ebook. This pack is made up of a set of printable sheets that have over 200 words to replace “went.” It’s a really handy resource to have for writers of all ages.
