As I said yesterday in When to Use Online Experiments and When Not to, hands-on experiments should be used whenever possible when teaching kids science, however, online science experiments and simulations can be used occasionally too. (Like when you don’t want to blow up your house!)
I did some research and found some sites that have science videos and online simulations that you may find useful. They cover everything from elementary science to high school and college level courses. Some sites even have online games and quizzes.
Of course, this is by no means an exhaustive list. There is always YouTube as a source of educational videos. In fact, some homeschoolers like Susan Evans have a channel on YouTube with science experiment demonstrations that are very helpful. You may want to check it out.
